Les is a Navy veteran who served in the combat operations arena aboard several platforms while stationed in San Diego, CA. Additional duty stations include serving aboard admiral's staff and as a fleet combat training instructor. He left the Navy with a degree in finance and an honorable discharge.
Les worked in the finance industry for several years and then transitioned into the defense and aerospace industry where he says he feels "more at home". His 25 year experience in defense and aerospace has provided extensive training in the project management office arena. His expertise is in cost & schedule integration, integrated master schedules, milestones professional© and earned value & finance support.
Peggy Anderson
Marketing & Sales Manager
Peggy is a licensed Realtor® in Colorado and is a member of the National Association of Realtors® . She provides buying, selling and property management services to residential and commercial clients. Along with real estate, she is a sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry. She manages sales, marketing, operations, and personnel for Elev8 Inc.
Peggy currently contracts as a subject matter expert to multiple adversting zoning boards in the Colorado Springs area.
